On August 11, a significant delegation led by Xu Jianyi, the Party Secretary of the City, and Shi Xiangjun, the Vice Mayor, visited iColor Cosmetics. Accompanied by representatives from the Provincial Medical Products Administration, the group came to research the company on the theme of “Steady Development of Large-Scale Enterprises.”

Inspecting Production Standards

The delegation conducted a thorough inspection of the facility, focusing on the company’s manufacturing capabilities. A key highlight was the tour of the 100,000-class clean workshop. The officials from the Provincial Medical Products Administration examined the workshop closely, providing guidance on ensuring all technical indicators were met. This visit underscored the importance of maintaining high standards in industrial production.

In the product showroom, Party Secretary Xu took a keen interest in the company’s recent operations. He discussed iColor Cosmetics’ business performance, technological innovations, and future layout with the company’s leadership.

Secretary Xu specifically praised the company for its agility during the pandemic. He noted that iColor Cosmetics had successfully balanced epidemic prevention with production. By actively adjusting their strategic layout, the company managed to navigate the challenging economic environment. The government officials also highlighted how new regulations regarding environmental impact assessments had helped the company survive this “extraordinary period.”

During the final meeting, Chairman Shan Xiaojiang shared key details about the scale of the operation. He noted that the Zhejiang facility is the fourth and largest production base of the Aiyán Group.

Key achievements mentioned included:

  • Certifications: The factory strictly follows CGMP and ISO22716 standards and holds ECM, CE, FDA, and BSCI certifications.
  • Capacity: The newly operational Phase II perfume workshop can produce 15 million bottles of perfume and 10 million bottles of nail polish annually.
  • Unique Status: It stands as the only organic solvent Class A production base in Zhejiang Province.

As a key enterprise in Shengzhou City, iColor Cosmetics reaffirmed its commitment to extending its industrial chain and refining its products to maintain its competitive edge.
